Construction

1) Heavy 8" wide flange beam framework.
2) 6 5/8" diagonal 10-gauge wall rollers with double 3/8" thick bulkheads at each end.
3) 6" x 4" x 1/4" wall rectangular tubing with 10-gauge sheet metal feeder head construction.
4) Double #80 chain and sprockets.
5) Heavy duty groove gear reducers at each drive.
6) Simple and adjustable motor and gearbox mounts.
7) Complete chain and belt protection.
8) Cotton shields at each sprocket.
9) Three (3) inspection windows.
10)Safety shut-off switches on each access door as well as dispersing cylinders and conveyors.
11)All sheet metal parts are fabricated on up to date CNC machines.

Conveyor Options

1) 36" belt conveyor for RH or LH delivery.
2) Single screw center discharge.
3) Single screw conveyor for RH or LH delivery - also available with trash conveyor.
4) Twin-screw conveyor for RH or LH delivery - also available with trash conveyor.
5) Scalping conveyor for removing up to 8" from bottom of modules.
6) Completely compatible for "pit" discharge.
